Bersama Ratu Trek Malaysia – Dato’ Paduka Mumtaz Jaffar, Datuk Zaiton Othman, V. Angamah dan Saik Oik Cum
Legasi Lagenda berjaya mencipta semula gambar ratu-ratu trek Malaysia yang pernah melakar nama di rantau Asia, iaitu (dari kiri) V. Angamah, Datuk Zaiton Othman, Dato’ Paduka Mumtaz Jaffar dan Saik Oik Cum.
Mereka begitu ‘sporting’ untuk mengambil gambar dalam pakaian tracksuit seperti masa dahulu. Persahabatan mereka yang terjalin di atas trek lebih 40 lalu kekal utuh hingga sekarang.
Foto ikonik yang dirakam di Sukan SEA 1981 menunjukkan kuartet tersebut setelah berjaya merangkul pingat emas bagi acara 4x100m dan 4x400m lari berganti-ganti. Mereka juga telah mencipta rekod kejohanan baharu dalam acara 4x400m dengan catatan masa 3:41.35.
Keempat-empat mereka mendominasi edisi Sukan SEA tersebut. Bagi acara individu, Mumtaz memenangi pingat emas dalam acara 100m dan pingat perak dalam acara 200m. Angamah pula merangkul pingat emas dalam acara 800m. Beliau turut memenangi pingat gangsa dalam acara 400m, di mana Oik Cum membawa pulang pingat gangsa.
Zaiton berjaya membawa pulang tiga lagi pingat termasuk gangsa dalam acara lompat jauh, perak bagi acara lompat tinggi, dan pingat emas dalam acara heptathlon.

They were excited to dress in sporting attire similar to the old days and take photos. Their friendship forged on the track over 40 years ago remains strong to this day.
The iconic photo was taken after the quartet emerged victorious at the 1981 SEA Games, bringing home the gold medal for 4x100m relay and 4x400m relay. They also set a new Games record for the 4x400m event with a time of 3:41.35.
All four of them dominated the Games. In individual events, Mumtaz Jaafar won gold in 100m and silver in 200m. V. Angamah secured the gold medal in 800m. She also won silver in 400m while Saik Oik Cum took home bronze.
Zaiton Othman brought home three more medals including a bronze in long jump, a silver in high jump, and a gold medal in the heptathlon event.
